The Company

Kickstart your career with a leading mid-tier 10 Director Business Advisory and Accountancy Firm based in the CBD.  As a Junior Accountant, you will be working for one of the most established and respected organisations who's reputation is built on attracting, training and retaining the best accountants in the market. You will have the opportunity to work with private, public and multinational companies across a broad range of industries including fashion, technology & sporting personalities.

The Role

You will be working closely with senior staff on clients up to $100m in turnover and complex multi entity groups.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Preparation of financial statements; special and general purpose, corporate tax returns, trusts and partnerships
  •  Exposure of a variety of tax matters including GST, CGT, FBT and Div7
  • Liaising with the ATO
  • Preparing and lodging BAS and IAS

About You

  •  Strong written and verbal communication skills
  •  Minimum 1 year + full time business services experience
  •  Completing University & looking to commence the CA program in future
