Job description
Graduate Accountant- Offering support through your CA program
- Supported throughout all studies during the early stages of your career
- Mentoring and internal facilitated workshops, textbook allowances, paid for modules etc
As a Graduate Accountant, you will be working for one of the most established and respected organisations who's reputation is built on attracting, training and retaining the best accountants in the market. You will be working closely with senior staff on high end clients with complex multi entity groups.
Responsibilities will include:
- Preparation of financial statements; special and general purpose, corporate tax returns, trusts and partnerships
- Exposure of a variety of tax matters including GST, CGT, FBT and Div7
- Liaising with the ATO
- Preparing and lodging BAS and IAS
- Quarterly team building activities
- Social events throughout the year
- Support through your CA program
- Charity events
- Ultra-modern office and an inclusive and successful working environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Up to 6 months experience within accounting – public practice
- Completing University & looking to commence the CA program in future
