Job description
- Junior / Graduate Accountant
- Permanent FT | Office based

My client is an established but growing business based on the outskirts of Sydney CBD. They are looking for a Junior Accountant to join their team on a full time permanent basis.
You will be responsible for Accounts Payable & Payroll as well as assisting with AR, reporting & additional duties.
Strong Excel skills are required (Pivot Tables / vLookUps), ability to multi-task, excellent communication skills are essential (written & verbal).
This role is perfect for someone who is eager to develop their accounting skills; is passionate and is a driven individual.
Duties include;
- Accounts Payable - end to end
- Payroll processing - end to end
- Bank & credit card reconciliations
- Month-end journals
- Assisting with preparation of audit
- Assisting with AR processes
Location: Sydney CBD outskirts - close to public transport
Working arrangements: full time office based
REM: up to $65,000 plus super
Requirements:
- Up to 12 months experience working in an accounting role
- Excel skills - Pivot Tables, vLookUps
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- Driven, investigative attitude & willingness to learn
- Payroll experience - beneficial
