The perfect person will be an experienced Marketing Manager within the Property sector, with strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask and work to tight deadlines. Australian owned Property development company with a large project pipeline. Based in the CBD in stunning new offices. This is a dynamic role within a rapidly growing business and a chance to grow with it. We are looking for someone who is confident in their approach, uses initiative and can be creative with problem solving. This company are very well known and highly respected in the industry. Your duties and responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Prepare and implement the company annual marketing strategic plan and budget
  • Manage company branding
  • Maintain the company website
  • Oversee the company social media strategy
  • Prepare weekly news stories for uploading to social media
  • Check and respond to Google reviews regularly
  • Update the company Capability Statement and Corporate Profile
  • Update the Company Brochure annually
  • Prepare and execute Customer Surveys
  • Provide support to the GM, Development, Acquisitions and Project Finance teams for presentations, tender submissions, proposals
  • Develop and execute a PR Strategy
  • Support other parts of the business (Construction, Property Management, Building Management) with design and delivery of signage and other marketing needs
  • Oversee corporate gifts and company uniform design
  • Manage all marketing information
  • Coordinate with agents to ensure online advertisements are updated weekly
  • Review and approve all print media/online advertisements for correct branding
  • Manage Settlement Packs for new purchasers

 

The perfect person:

  • 5+ years’ experience within the Property sector
  • Experience with social media campaigns, PR campaigns
  • Experience managing 3rd party design agencies and consultants
