Job description

We are currently assisting our NSW Government client to fill several TEMP Call Centre Advisor positions. Fantastic opportunity for a 6 month contract based in Parramatta. Hourly rate from $28-$35+ depending on experience.

Essential Criteria:
  • Provide support and advice to users with matters related to HR and Finance whilst supporting the delivery of high quality services in accordance with agreed service levels and business priorities
  • Provide time-based support on phone that does not exceed the maximum phone time allocated
  • Log 100% of calls received and encourage users to use the online system as the tool to log requests
  • Work to provide support to users based on a rotating roster
  • Handle a minimum of 40 calls per day
  • Adhere to escalation procedures to different teams
  • Balance competing demands to achieve customer SLA’s
  • Encourage users to follow procedures and processes when logging incidents and requesting changes
  • Balance taking and logging all calls whilst meeting the minimum call handle volume
