Temporary Team Assistant/ Office Coordinator 
  • Adelaide, CBD
  • ASAP start date | 3-4 weeks assignment
  • Temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate
  • $40 per hour + super

We’re seeking a proactive and organised Team Assistant for a temporary opportunity with a leading property development and construction business based in the heart of Adelaide.
This role is well-suited to someone with experience in administration, reception, or team support, who is confident managing front desk responsibilities, coordinating meetings and travel, handling mail and office supplies, and providing general day-to-day office support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing front desk and reception duties
  • Answering phones and monitoring the office mailbox
  • Greeting visitors and supporting a welcoming office environment
  • Managing meeting room bookings and office amenities (ordering supplies, light tidying, etc.)
  • Supporting internal and external communications
  • Handling mail and courier coordination
  • Assisting with document preparation, expense processing, and diary/travel coordination
  • Providing ad hoc support to the team and proactively identifying opportunities to assist
About You:
  • Friendly, reliable, and professional with a customer-service mindset
  • Prior experience in a reception or team assistant role is essential
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in MS Office and general office systems
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working independently
  • A strong communicator who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment.
