Intake Officer – Contract position
  • $45 per hour + super
  • Initial 3 month contract
  • Full time, Monday to Friday  
  • A police check and two reference checks will be conducted for the successful candidate after the interview stage
About the Company: 

A NSW Government agency is seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Intake Officers to join their team on an 3 month contract based in Sydney CBD, with hybrid working arrangements. 

Duties and responsibilities:

Your duties will be primarily data entry and managing introductory complaint correspondence, with tasks focusing on:
  • download the attachments from the server
  • register new complaint matters
  • send acknowledgment letters
  • other admin work as required.
Skills & Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience working in call/contact centre 
  • Experience dealing with difficult customers/stakeholders
  • Understanding or experience handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to take initiative and support the team where required
  • High level of attention to detail and strong organisation skills
  • Efficient, confident and hardworking
