Intake Officer – Contract position- $45 per hour + super
- Initial 3 month contract
- Full time, Monday to Friday
- A police check and two reference checks will be conducted for the successful candidate after the interview stage
A NSW Government agency is seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Intake Officers to join their team on an 3 month contract based in Sydney CBD, with hybrid working arrangements.
Duties and responsibilities:
Your duties will be primarily data entry and managing introductory complaint correspondence, with tasks focusing on:
- download the attachments from the server
- register new complaint matters
- send acknowledgment letters
- other admin work as required.
- 2+ years of experience working in call/contact centre
- Experience dealing with difficult customers/stakeholders
- Understanding or experience handling confidential and sensitive information
- Ability to take initiative and support the team where required
- High level of attention to detail and strong organisation skills
- Efficient, confident and hardworking
