  • Office Manager / Administration Manager 
  • Manly 
  • $65,000 + Super 

An established accounting firm, is seeking a friendly and engaging experienced Office Manager to join their team 


  • General reception cover  
  • Organise and coordinate office administration and procedures, to ensure organisational effectiveness & efficiency 
  • Support the management team 
  • Accurately updating client records. 
  • Overview of documentation. 
  • Submitting documents accurately through ATO, ASIC and other relevant channels. 
  • Manage the workflow and reporting of departments 
  • Organise and coordinate team events 
  • Upload the lodgement due dates into WFM from the ATO portal 
  • Bank reconciliations 
  • Assisting with invoicing 
  • New client management  

About you: 

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role 
  • Exceptional attitude   
  • Solid Microsoft Office Experience 
  • Experience working within an accounting practice
