An established accounting firm, is seeking a friendly and engaging experienced Office Manager to join their team
Responsibilities:
- General reception cover
- Organise and coordinate office administration and procedures, to ensure organisational effectiveness & efficiency
- Support the management team
- Accurately updating client records.
- Overview of documentation.
- Submitting documents accurately through ATO, ASIC and other relevant channels.
- Manage the workflow and reporting of departments
- Organise and coordinate team events
- Upload the lodgement due dates into WFM from the ATO portal
- Bank reconciliations
- Assisting with invoicing
- New client management
About you:
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Exceptional attitude
- Solid Microsoft Office Experience
- Experience working within an accounting practice
