Property & Management Accountant

- $450 - $500 + super day rate

You will also be exposed to working with senior and other key stakeholders of the organisation helping them with all queries relating to Property Accounting.
You will be working with an outgoing team leader who likes to mentor and guide you. With the hybrid option available, you will be working 3 days from the office and 2 days from home. Office is located just over 5 mins walk from the nearest station.
Your main task and responsibilities includes:
- Property and Lease accounting
- Budgeting & forecasting
- Monthly journals and preparing commentary on financial reports.
- Analysis of financial variances and cost centre allocations
- Ensuring the accurate and timely processing of all financial reports
- Analysis of actuals vs forecasts
- Ad hoc work including process improvements
Skills & Experience
- CA qualified
- Accounting (or) Finance Degree
- Property accounting background highly regarded (especially AASB 16-Leases)
