Job description
- Permanent Opportunity
- Paying up to $150k plus bonus
- Flexible and Hybrid working, option to be based in Melbourne or Sydney
Encompasses project management, tender writing, proposal writing, editing, graphic design and formatting to lead the sales support team.
- Lead and coordinate the preparation of comprehensive fleet leasing and management tender submissions
- Ensuring high quality submissions are delivered in advance of deadline and with approval from all key stakeholders
- Ensure submissions utilise consistent language and terminology prior to submission
- Setting project timelines and ensuring deadline adherence from contributing subject matter experts
- Work with product owners, external partners and 3rd parties
About you:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant area
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Exceptional writing and editing skills – corporate tender writing/editing, journalism or communication experience will be strongly considered
- Intermediate to advanced Graphic Design skills, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Adobe Creative suite
- Experience in the fleet industry will be valued, but not essential
