Senior Accountant/Supervisor - Business Services- Clear Equity Pathway
- WFH 3 days a week + Flexi hours
- Surry Hills location – Close to public transport
A young and forward thinking boutique Chartered Accounting firm based in Surry Hills are looking for a Senior Accountant or Supervisor to join their team. They pride themselves on their supportive culture and focus on growth and technology. The partners are down to earth and excellent mentors and have an ex top 10 background. They are in their 30's and enjoy planning team events for the staff and support all their staff to be client facin. The firm are growing and are looking for someone who wants to join them on their journey. They have a variety of client industries including crypto and digital clients to name a few. There is also a genuine equity pathway within the next few years.
About the Role
- Manage a portfolio of clients
- Even split of advisory and compliance
- Support junior and onshore and offshore staff
- Tax returns for all entities
- Liaise with clients from all industries including digital, crypto, marketing, construction, retail, tech, hospitality
- Xero based firm – technology focussed
- CPA / CA Qualified
- Bachelor’s degree of Commerce or Accounting
- At least 4 years local experience in Chartered Accounting firm
- Great communication skills
- Forward thinking
- Social events like cocktail making and axe throwing
- Team lunches weekly
- Flexible working arrangements up to 3 x a week after probation
