A leading healthcare organisation is known for a range of services, including acute medical and surgical services, emergency and critical care, aged care, diagnostics, rehabilitation, allied health, mental health, palliative care and residential care.
The Role:
This role is responsible for contributing to delivering a best practice internal payroll service through efficient, timely and accurate processing of payroll information variations.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the delivery of a high-quality payroll service through the efficient, timely and accurate processing of payroll information
- Running end to end payroll for 7000+ employees
- Accurately calculate wages, terminations, leave entitlements, and redundancies
- Interpreting and update records across the organisation in compliance with the award
- Leave management calculations, including maternity leave and long service leave
Key requirements:
- Experience in a large payroll function in a complex environment
- Chris21 and Kronos experience would be preferred
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationship
