Job description
You will be joining a team of support engineer working on a SaaS based software, based in CBD office, you’ll providing level 1- 2 support to effectively maintain and troubleshoot systemsResponsibilities:
- L2 support
- Ensure network infrastructure is administered and maintained in line with Operations Policies and procedures
- Proactively research and recommend products, services and procedures that could enhance the operational efficiency and client experience
- Ensure systems and processes are adequately documented
- Implementation of environmental change in line with change management procedures
- Proactively monitor and alert potential security issues
- Procure IT assets as and when requested in line with operational policies
- Develop and maintain good vendor relationships
- Actively contribute to a constructive, professional and enjoyable team atmosphere
- Work with the team proactively to ensure SLAs are consistently achieved
- Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting Linux / Microsoft
- Administration of virtual servers
- Working knowledge of LANs & WANs including routing, switching and communications
- Installation, configuration and management of server applications
- Experience administering business systems
- Hands on experience administrating MSSQL
