About the Company
Join this brand leader for an initial 3 month contract, working along-side the Talent Acquisition lead, supporting with end-to-end recruitment. The role will focus on providing the highest level of service to their stakeholders and working with speed and accuracy, all while being supported in a fun environment. Due to the fast paced nature, something with previous recruitment experience is required.
About the role
- Organisation and scheduling of interviews
- Posting ads to various job boards
- Co-ordinating background checks
- Preparing employment contracts
- Supporting the Talent lead with People initiatives and the full framework and lifecycle of recruitment
- Building rapport with key stakeholders
About you
- Previous experience with HR/Recruitment
- Sound knowledge and experience in best practice recruitment processes
- Previous experience working with talent acquisition metrics and reporting
- A positive and proactive attitude towards work
