  • Up to $100K Package inclusive of super
 

Our client, an ASX-listed financial services business are looking for an experienced Team Assistant to join their Sydney Office. They have an international network of experienced industry specialists working across wealth management, self-managed super fund accounting, corporate advisory, institutional sales and trading, research, and funds management.  

As the Team Assistant you will be an integral part of the team. In this role you will be supporting multiple managing directors, executive directors and their team. The team that you will be supporting are based in both Sydney and Melbourne.

Role duties include but not limited to: 
  • Preparing email correspondence
  • Maintenance of folders and filing systems
  • Printing and preparing documents ahead of meetings
  • Desktop publishing overflow
  • Monitoring stationery supplies
  • Utilising the on-line travel booking portal to coordinate travel arrangements as required
  • Reconciliation of monthly expenses for the team
  • Diary management
  • Assistance in planning, implementing and executing internal and external meetings and events.
  • Coordination of catering for internal and external meetings
  • Other administrative duties as needed
We are looking for an individual that can manage in a fast paced environment. You will be assisting multiple executives at any one time, so your ability to manage competing priorities whilst maintaining high attention to detail is crucial. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in administration.


Skills and experience:
  • Outgoing and bubbly demeanour with a passion for communication and teamwork
  • Highly competent in Microsoft Office with strong computer literacy skills
  • Minimum 2 years experience in an Administration/EA role preferably within the financial industry
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable interacting with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.
