Job description
- North shore based.
- Permanent full time.
- Team Lead - transactional services (reimbursements).
- An opportunity to step up into a Team Lead capacity and to up-skill | mentoring & guiding a team of 8 officers.
This role is being offered on a full-time permanent basis | North Shore based (parking on site) | established team and business but still growing.
Salary: $75k+super+bonus+perks.
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Overseeing a team of Transactional Officers who are responsible for processing reimbursement claims and pay-out quotes.
- Effectively manage conflict and complaints in a proactive and constructive manner and implement process changes if / where required.
- Risk analysis of any and all areas of the team.
- Ensure individuals and team targets, KPI’s are met.
- Manage effective internal and external relationships.
- Ensuring excellent customer service is being given at all times.
About you:
- Experienced in reimbursement claims.
- Customer service focused.
- Attention to detail | time management skills.
- Experience in mentoring / guiding team members (if not directly in a team lead capacity).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Permanent resident OR AU / NZ citizen.
- Financial Services industry experience preferred.
