About the role

As an Admin Assistant your duties and responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

  • Diary management and travel arrangements
  • Ensure month end deadlines are met
  • Ensure all vendor invoices are authorised in accordance to company policy
  • Updating and maintaining databases
  • Contracts administration and managing the contract agreements process
  • Processing expenses

About you

  • The successful candidate must be exceptionally well presented with strong communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive with a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Have some sort of finance experience
