About the role
As an Admin Assistant your duties and responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Diary management and travel arrangements
- Ensure month end deadlines are met
- Ensure all vendor invoices are authorised in accordance to company policy
- Updating and maintaining databases
- Contracts administration and managing the contract agreements process
- Processing expenses
About you
- The successful candidate must be exceptionally well presented with strong communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Have some sort of finance experience
