Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administration Assistant to join a Global Professional Services Firm where you will be providing administration support to the wider team and assisting the Executive Assistants with supporting their partners.
This is the perfect role if you have Reception combined administration experience and is looking to take the next step as an Administration Assistant and would love to learn from a reputable, high level executive.
You will be primarily looking after a team of 4 with key duties including: organising travel, diary management, processing expenses, screening calls, liaising with clients, assisting with PowerPoint presentations, assisting with events and general administration support.
