The role:

As an administration assistant you will play a vital role in providing compassionate support to patients. Working closely with their multidisciplinary team, you will be the primary point of contact for patients and their families, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care and support.

 

Main duties:

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors with empathy and professionalism
  • Schedule appointments and follow up consultations with accuracy and efficiency
  • Serve as liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, addressing queries and concerns promptly and effectively
  • Maintain patient records and confidentiality in compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimise patient care processes and enhance over all operations
  • Manage a busy front desk, answering incoming calls, emails, and mail correspondence

 

About you:

  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in medical terminology and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Commitment to upholding high standards of patient care and confidentiality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and patient-centered approach.
