  • $90,000K + Super  

The Role 

An exciting opportunity to join a Financial Services Leader based in Sydney CBD

My client is looking for a proactive Personal Assistant / Team Assistant to support the Managing Director and the wider team  

Your days will be diverse, challenging and rewarding

Key Responsibilities, however, not limited to:

  • Diary management including scheduling meetings, booking meeting rooms, catering, VC and Audio conferencing
  • Preparation and production of monthly reports / presentations and general correspondence 
  • General admin duties including - expense claims, processing invoices, stationary 
  • Onboarding new starters 
  • High level of diary and travel management / both domestic & international
  • Provide PA / administrative support to the Managing Director and wider team
  • Preparation and production of monthly reports / presentations and general correspondence 
  • Team communications and the organization of social and training events 
  • Preparing agendas, accurate note taking and minute circulation 
  • Managing expenses and claims; liaising with accounts team as required 

Skills and Experience 

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience
  • High level of organisational skills & time management 
  • Ability to interact confidentially with all levels of management 
  • Sound knowledge of computer packages and some basic ability with IT problem-solving would be advantageous 
  • Experience in a similar role 
  • Proactive and forward-thinking
