The Role
An exciting opportunity to join a Financial Services Leader based in Sydney CBD
My client is looking for a proactive Personal Assistant / Team Assistant to support the Managing Director and the wider team
Your days will be diverse, challenging and rewarding
Key Responsibilities, however, not limited to:
- Diary management including scheduling meetings, booking meeting rooms, catering, VC and Audio conferencing
- Preparation and production of monthly reports / presentations and general correspondence
- General admin duties including - expense claims, processing invoices, stationary
- Onboarding new starters
- High level of diary and travel management / both domestic & international
- Provide PA / administrative support to the Managing Director and wider team
- Preparation and production of monthly reports / presentations and general correspondence
- Team communications and the organization of social and training events
- Preparing agendas, accurate note taking and minute circulation
- Managing expenses and claims; liaising with accounts team as required
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience
- High level of organisational skills & time management
- Ability to interact confidentially with all levels of management
- Sound knowledge of computer packages and some basic ability with IT problem-solving would be advantageous
- Experience in a similar role
- Proactive and forward-thinking
