Business Advisory Supervisor
- CBD Location – 3 minute walk to Town Hall Station
- Growing multiple partner CA firm
- Up to $110,000
The Role
Charterhouse are working with a growing, 2 partner CA firm based in the CBD to help secure them an experienced Supervisor to join their growing Business Services team. They have a mix of clients and a lot of large International with Australian subsidiaries. As a firm they focus on service rather than size when it comes to clients. They have clients with international transactions and foreign parent companies with turnovers in the millions. They also have small to medium sized clients, family businesses and their related entities. No client is too small, with many of their clients being private individuals.
Both partners in the firm are hands on and operate an open-door policy for all staff. This firm will offer you accountability autonomy and a clear path for progression.
As a Supervisor you will work directly with one of the Partners and your role will include but not be limited to:
- Mentorship & management of a team of junior accountants
- Providing close assistance to senior staff & both partners
- Manage your own client base & be main point of contact
- Offer tax advice to client base
About You
- 4 + years Public Practice experience
- CA/CPA Qualified
- Experience with Excel, MYOB & Xero
- Experience in managing and reviewing work of juniors
