- Previous Experience in Insurance, Call Centre Operations or CTP desired.
Our client requires a Business Process Analyst to map processes for their call centre, review standard operating procedures, reference material and sit with the SME's to create new material.
To be successful, you will need:
- 4+ years experience as a Business Process Analyst
- Proven experience completing gap analysis on process documentation
- Previous experience working within Insurance, Call Centre Operations or CTP
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong ability to engage with stakeholders and SMEs
- High attention to detail
- System thinking
- Ability to work autonomously
