Job description
This Local Government organisation is currently at the fore of their wide-reaching Digital Transformation program. As such, we’re recruiting for a Business Analyst for a HRIS Transformation Project for a short-term engagement. The successful candidate will work with both the IT team and HR department for a diverse programme of work.
Key Skills / Responsibilities:

Establish, document and review current Payroll and HR processes.

Identify As-Is and To-Be for Payroll and HR Functions.

Assist the IT Coordinator with the management of strategic activities.

Work on a wide variety of IT projects; no two days will be the same.

Report on progress of assigned tasks and identify and communicate risks and issues as they arise.

Work with stakeholders organisation-wide to understand and analyse solutions to business problems.

Be an integral part of the digital transformation program, putting IT at the fore.
Requirements:

Minimum 2-years' BA experience.

Must have understanding of HR systems; including payroll, rostering and award.

Solid grasp on SDLC.

Proficient in time management.

Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor management.
-
Work well in a team environment and as an individual.
-
Government experience is a bonus, but not necessary.
