Job description
Our NSW Government client are seeking a Business Analyst / Service Design Specialist for an excellent opportunity in Parramatta. You will gather insights through research to design solutions that bring benefits to service users. Working directly with stakeholders you will help develop service design initiatives and solutions based on identified audience behaviours needs, goals, and best practice
- Initial 6 Month Contract
- Service Design Experience Required
- Up to $650 per day
Requirements:
- Experience working in a Service Design capability - experience designing/documenting services, expertise in what a service needs to have
- Strong knowledge of service design processes, principles and best practice
- Strong research and analysis skills including facilitating workshops, user testing and interview sessions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly to team members and stakeholders
