Job description
Our NSW Government client are currently seeking a Business Process Analyst to support the delivery of streamlined customer support (CRM).
- NSW Public Sector
- Interview next week
- Parramatta based
- Contract initially until September 2019 with the view to extend
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify current and future state business and technical processes
- Analyse current state processes and map desired state processes
- Document business requirements and trace the business requirements through to delivery
- Understand, document and maintain the needs of multiple stakeholder
- Facilitate the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders
To be successful, you will need:
- Strong process mapping experience
- Experience in CRM delivery from feasibility to implementation
- Excellent stakeholder engagement
- Experience leading stakeholder workshops to define and understand the business requirements
- Business process requirements delivery in a customer/service orientated environment
- Human-centric approach to workflow design
- Excellent customer/stakeholder journey mapping management
- Persistent, effective problem solver with a mix of analytical and creative thinking
- Clear communicator who is able to adjust according to the audience
- Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint skills
- PRINCE2 Methodology certification or equivalent awareness/experience
- Agile Delivery, SDLC experience and Vendor Management desirable
