Job description

Our NSW Government client are currently seeking a Business Process Analyst to support the delivery of streamlined customer support (CRM).

  • NSW Public Sector 
  • Interview next week
  • Parramatta based
  • Contract initially until September 2019 with the view to extend

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify current and future state business and technical processes
  • Analyse current state processes and map desired state processes
  • Document business requirements and trace the business requirements through to delivery 
  • Understand, document and maintain the needs of multiple stakeholder
  • Facilitate the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders

To be successful, you will need:

  • Strong process mapping experience 
  • Experience in CRM delivery from feasibility to implementation
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement 
  • Experience leading stakeholder workshops to define and understand the business requirements 
  • Business process requirements delivery in a customer/service orientated environment
  • Human-centric approach to workflow design
  • Excellent customer/stakeholder journey mapping management 
  • Persistent, effective problem solver with a mix of analytical and creative thinking
  • Clear communicator who is able to adjust according to the audience 
  • Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • PRINCE2 Methodology certification or equivalent awareness/experience
  • Agile Delivery, SDLC experience and Vendor Management desirable
