Job description

Our client has a maturing business in all of it functions, from HR processes, IT cloud migration and importantly keeping focused on maintaining a resilient culture that is fixated on delivering the best possible service to its customers.

Recent activity on the business side has let to the hiring needs for Change Managers to embed change across the organisation.

Responsibilities:

Initial change impact analysis on the business units will be required, considering the changes to organisational structure, HR processes and technology changes.

You will be required to work as part of a greater change practice, ensuring strong communication with projects in flight as you will likely be working on multiple projects at any one time. This role also requires you to work hand in glove with communications and marketing teams.

There will be opportunities for long term engagement and development of your professional skills based on performance in the role.
