Job description

This global leading Not for Profit business has recently been going through a large transformation of work.  With a large budget now approved for a key program within the business, a mid tier Change Manager with transformation Change experience is required.  Working with a team of Change / Project practitioners, this role will play a crucial part in delivering transformation change across the business for one of their largest programs.  You will enjoy working with senior level stakeholders, with an optimistic approach to change.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

 

  • Understanding the organisational culture and determining how to help facilitate change across the organisation
  • Stakeholder management, resistance and communications planning
  • Leading the change management aspects of project delivery to successfully deliver a comprehensive change management approach
  • Assessing the change impact, change readiness and identify the key influencers
  • Working with training groups to design and facilitate workshops and training
  • Providing implementation advice to project team members, business stakeholders and senior executives on change roll-out issues
  • Developing and assisting with communication strategies
  • Coaching managers to embed change management practices across the organisation
  • Identifying and implementing innovative feedback mechanisms
  • Identifying, resolving and escalating issues and risks


Core Requirements 
 

  • Experienced working on HR transformational programs of work
  • Experience working in similar Not for Profit working environments
  • Minimum 5 years working within fast-paced and ambiguous transformation environments (in particular focusing on behavioural change)
  • Demonstrated success leading IT and Organisational change programs
  • Demonstrated extensive experience managing change and people, including effectively implementing changes to business processes, systems and technology
  • Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere
  • Awareness of project management processes
  • Experience using/implementing the ADKAR methodology (or similar) 
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
