Job description

One of Australia’s most reputable Insurance businesses are seeking the experience and knowledge of a Claims Case Manager. This is to help join them and their commitments to minimalise the impact of Liability claims. This offering will provide full exposure to existing and new portfolios, autonomy to develop business plans and invested confidence and support to execute objectives.

Key Accountabilities;

  • Manage your own Liability portfolio whilst providing expertise on existing accounts
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders, clients and customers
  • Conduct claim reviews
  • Assist with the execution of department plans and objectives

 
Key Requirements;

  • Experience as a Claims &/or Case Manager within Liability claims
  • Knowledge of current and relevant regulation and legislation
  • Attention to detail and administrative competencies
  • Ability to provide market leading help and advice to relevant parties
