Job description
A large ASX listed FMCG business is looking for a Commercial manager to join them on a temp to perm basis. Reporting directly into the Head of Commercial you will be member of the leadership team partnering with Directors. You will be providing commercial support for the division while managing and mentoring a team. This is a true business partnering role where you will contribute strategy and decision making.
You will be responsible for:
- Partnering with business heads to provide insights and analysis for decision making
- Capital management, primarily for the manufacturing sites
- Building, developing and maintaining relationships
- Management reporting, forecasting and budgeting for the division
- 3 year strategic plan
Key criteria:
- CPA or CA qualified
- Excellent leadership, analytical and communication skills
- Experience in FMCG or Manufacturing
- ERP experience
