About the role

 My client is seeking someone who is a customer centric individual who is also be passionate about the financial services industry.

You will be required to:

  • Supporting the business in the setup of the contact centre and testing of all processes/systems.
  • Customer focused role, taking inbound calls regarding deposit and home loan banking products
  • Responding to all customer enquires
  • Other Adhoc duties

About you

  • Exceptional attitude, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum 1 years experience in Retail Banking contact centre
  • A keen problem solver with creative outlook to solving issues
  • Customer centric individual keen to help the customer or client at all times.
  • Previous experience in transactional banking and home lending would be beneficial 
  • If you also have experience in Data Action and Dynamics CRM, that would be great!
