About the Role 

I am seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer with exceptional Customer Service skills and the ability to manage a busy and varied workload. As the Customer Service Officer, you will be working in a team environment handling incoming enquires/complaints via multiple platforms.
 
Experience in a similar role with a Customer Service/Call Centre focus would be essential for the role!

Day to day Duties

  • Handling incoming enquiries and complaints via email and telephone
  • Providing customer support across multiple platforms including social media and live chat
  • Database maintenance  

Selection Criteria

  • Prior experience in customer focused Administration role
  • Demonstrated ability to handle high volumes of work at a fast pace
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment with competing deadlines
  • Clear and precise communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Great energy and a real team player!
