About the Role
I am seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer with exceptional Customer Service skills and the ability to manage a busy and varied workload. As the Customer Service Officer, you will be working in a team environment handling incoming enquires/complaints via multiple platforms.
Experience in a similar role with a Customer Service/Call Centre focus would be essential for the role!

Day to day Duties
- Handling incoming enquiries and complaints via email and telephone
- Providing customer support across multiple platforms including social media and live chat
- Database maintenance
Selection Criteria
- Prior experience in customer focused Administration role
- Demonstrated ability to handle high volumes of work at a fast pace
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment with competing deadlines
- Clear and precise communication skills, both verbal and written
- Great energy and a real team player!
