Reporting into the Team Leader of their customer service department you will be responsible for taking all customer enquiries regarding their insurance products. You will also be answering queries via web chat, processing new customers, updating their CRM System and invoicing.
You must have worked in a customer service environment, within the insurance sector to hit the ground running. Strong communication skills are essentially along with a flexible and wiling attitude.
