Job description

With an immediate start, take on board a 3-6 month contract with longer term possibilities for a leading energy firm as their customer service / metering acumen specialist.

Reporting into the Meter Manager where you will be required to manage and maintain safe and compliant metering at customer properties

Key responsibilities: ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, responding to enquiries, managing of reporting, analysing issues and developing solutions, executing processes to manage system expectations generated through the receipt of transactions related to metering installation.

To be considered you must have industry experience with similar experience to hit the ground running.
