Job description

This national environmental solutions organisation, has a commitment to helping their customers preserve and renew their natural resources. This organisation, based near to Dandenong, is seeking a Customer Experience Consultant to join their Waste division. Working in a close-knit team, your main responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service & a 1-call resolution experience through sales activities and exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive sales revenue through focused campaigns - telephone and email 
  • Respond to customer queries relating to service queries, cancellation requests or upgrades in a professional manner
  • Providing exceptional customer service with a consultative resolution focus
  • Propose tailored solutions to customers
  • Build rapport with current customers and prospective customers through exceptional customer experience 
  • Meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets
  • Upsell to customers 
  • Coordinate with team leaders and other internal stakeholders

To be successful you will have:

  • Previous experience in a phone based customer centric or sales environment 
  • Ability to work within a target driven environment
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, problem solve and offer solutions
  • Strong people skills, including a strong ability to communicate and negotiate
  • A commitment to customer service
  • Previous experience using SAP highly advantageous
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A positive and proactive attitude towards work
