Job description
A Customer Service Representative is required for this well-known organisation based in Sydney’s Western Suburbs. Sitting within the Accounts team you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service.
About the role
- Answering inbound calls
 - General Filing duties
 - Fielding emails from customers including queries
 - Inform customers of new products and services
 - Educate customers on best practice procedures to ensure smooth and efficient billing process Knowledge of Ariba, EDI and ERP
 
About you
- The successful candidate must be exceptionally well presented with strong communication skills
 - Ideally 1-2 Years Customer Service Experience within a large professional organisation
 - Finance/ Accounts knowledge
 - Intermediate Excel skills as a minimum – ideally advanced
 - Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen
