About the role
This nationally recognised Retail brand is at the forefront of their market and have seen huge success over the past couple of years. With a number of large programs currently in place the need for a highly driven Data Admin has arisen to join their highly professional and dedicated Technology team. In this role you will play an instrumental part in creating, updating and retiring product information across multiple platforms including POS, Inventory and Delivery.
Responsibilities will include:
- Adhere to policies for effective product data management
- Admin updates for Inventory, and Pricing for product launch, change, retirement
- Focus on continuous improvement to increase efficiency, reduce errors in product data process
- Creating Product Information across multiple platforms
- Updating Product information across multiple platforms
- Retiring Product Information across multiple platforms
- Effective stakeholder management with Tech and Business teams
- Review change and reconcile across the system
- Validate data changes
To be successful for this position you will need to display:
- Experience in similar role
- Data entry, administration and reconciliation experience
- Methodical worker with a high level of attention to detail
- Able to manage competing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Able to learn processes and administer data in multiple systems
- Advanced level Excel skill
- Strong customer focus
- Ability to function well in stressful situations
- Ability to run SQL Queries
- Previous experience in a QSR business
- Hands on Experience in POS (Simphony) and/or inventory Management System (Macromatix) (desirable)
