About the Role
The primary purpose of the Executive Assistant is to provide timely and effective administrative support to the General Manager and the wider Leadership Team ensuring that they are comprehensively assisted, and their schedule and activities are coordinated and executed in a highly professional and strategic manner.
 
The role involves a broad range of highly sensitive and time critical tasks, often with competing priorities. With a key focus on Corporate Governance and Legislation, this role would suite an EA who has supported in a Legal/Governance Team

Duties will include:

  • Diary Management
  • Travel coordination - Domestic and International  
  • High level stakeholder engagement 
  • Responsibility for IT access management and implementation
  • Responsible for employee recognition and rewards programme
  • Document preparation and control - including presentations
  • Provide support to the Business Operations team
  • Take ownership of the corporate governance function 
  • Liaise effectively with the Legal team to ensure the business adheres to legislative changes 
  • Responsibility for Global and Regional Delegation of Authority for AANZ
  • Responsible for Global and Regional Records Information Management 
  • Work with Global and Regional stakeholders to manage the portfolio of insurances 
  • Support the leadership team and wider operations team with governance related tasks
  • Compliance administration - overseeing audits and finance administration tasks
  • Project coordination

About You:

  • 3-5 years supporting senior executives 
  • Experience in undertaking Corporate Governance duties 
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills; able to work effectively in a team and on an individual basis
  • Proactive, forward thinking, efficient and discreet with a high attention to detail
  • Experienced in MS Suite 
  • Experienced in document management, governance, and stakeholder engagement
  • Be able to work in a fast pace environment where resilience and adaptability is essential
