Job description

  • $40 - $50 PH +
  • 6 Week Contract With Possible Extension
  • CBD Location


About the organisation:
The organisation is a large international Real Estate group, located in the CBD, close to buses and trains


Key accountabilities:

  • Carrying out inspections and maintenance of buildings
  • Record and deliver detailed reports
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs
  • Liaising with tenants and maintaining relationships
  • Carryout the maintenance program planning
  • Report any issues and rectify


Essential criteria:

  • Must have proven experience in a similar role
  • Ideally have a technical background in electrical or mechanical services
  • Must have previous experience in the FM sphere with a focus on commercial properties
  • Must have a strong understanding of Building Services, Property Management and Real Estate
