Finance Business Partner - Permanent 

  • $110k plus super, plus salary packaging 
  • Future growth/Progression opportunities 
  • Northern Suburbs - (currently working from home due to Covid) 

About the Company

This large, national, non-profit organisation whose mission is to improve the mental health of a vulnerable section of the community, is looking for a unique individual to join their highly collaborative finance team, as a Finance Partner who will report into the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager and working closely with and assist with program leaders of a port folio of services provided to the community. 

About the Role (not limited to)

  • Finance Partnering with operational managers 
  • Internal and External Reporting including lenders/funding providers 
  • Advice and preparation around budgets and forecasts  
  • Develop business models
  • Provide variance and analysis
  • Assistance with project costing and timeline management 
  • Long term cash flow projections 
  • Compliance with debt agreements

You will have experience with

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role - (within the NDIS/disability sector will be highly regarded)
  • Effective, clear and confident verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in particular around reports
  • Strong ability to prioritise and work to timelines
  • Excellent technical skills including high-intermediate to advanced Excel 
  • Good level of commercial acumen with an objective outlook regards to figures
  • Technology One software experience or similar large ERP  
  • Tertiary degree in Accounting or Commerce (with a major in Accounting or equivalent experience)
  • CA or CPA qualification 
  • Right to work in Australia
  • Current Drivers Licence 
  • Police Check 
  • Working with Childrens Check 
  • Not listed on the Disability Worker Exclusion list
