HR Support Advisor – 6-month contract

An opportunity to take on a 6-month contract for a leading utilities firm, based in the heart of the CBD.  They require a skilled HR Officer / Adviser to be part of their employee services team.

The predominate function of this busy role is to support the P&C Operations Lead  

Responsibilities include;  

  • Providing advisory services to business managers and employees
  • Assist with the on-boarding of new starters
  • Employee contracts
  • Recruitment with regards to candidate screening
  • Payroll and leave enquiries
  • Coordinate inductions
  • Management of employee files and administrating the employment database


Due to the nature of the role, the successful candidate must have;

  • Ideally 1-3 years demonstrated and proven experience within a busy HR environment
  • Superior written ability and attention to detail
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritise in a busy recruitment environment
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Full working rights in Australia
