Job description
We have partnered with a Not For Profit organisation who are looking for an IT Manager for an immediate / asap start. This will be an initial 3 month contract role, to be extended, potentially with a view to be permanent after the 6 months. There is a small team of 3 currently who you will manage directly.
Key Tasks:
- Determining ICT operational objectives in line with current business functions
- Designing relevant applications and processes by analysing requirements
- Defining project requirements by identifying project milestones
- Tracking activity & resolving problems
- Leading areas of technology change and innovation
- Provide strategic and technical leadership to ensure quality outcomes
- Engage with key business stakeholders and act as the bridge between the Technical & Business arm of the organisation

To be successful you will need:
- 3-5 years in a similar role
- Project management skills
- Ability to effectively communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical teams
- Expertise in supporting outsourced providers to ensure delivery of high level outcomes
