Job description
This globally recognised company is currently at the forefront of their market and have continued to grow from strength to strength. With several recent client wins combined with new implementations and projects, the need for an IT PM with infrastructure experience has emerged to join their highly experienced and professional team. In this role you will play a pivotal role in supporting large, high profile business initiatives across Australia, Hong Kong and China.
Responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for defining project objectives, scope & deliverables
- Working with business and technical stakeholders to prioritise and align delivery of technology projects with business objectives
- Proactively managing project risks and issues; developing effective mitigation/treatment plans
- Coordinating internal and external project dependencies
- Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules and resource plans
- Facilitating design, planning and implementation workshops with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide regular project status reports, keeping stakeholders informed of progress
- Maintaining open lines of communication between all key stakeholder groups
To be successful for this position you will need to display:
- Experience in managing a matrix project team with on-shore & off-shore resources
- Ability to build and maintain strong vendor partnerships
- A conceptual understanding of IT infrastructure
- Exposure to AliCloud, O365 and 21vianet
- Excellent internal consulting skills
- Ability to write, collate and present reports and documents
- Experience with clinical systems desirable
- Experience with delivering IT infrastructure projects in China & Hong Kong desirable
