About the role
As a Customer Care Consultant, you will be passionate about the financial service industry and also your focus will be providing an excellent service to our customers.
You will be required to:
- Answering inbound calls and queries from existing customers and clients
- Utilise product knowledge to respond to any customer or client enquiries
- Provide accurate information about the business’ products, processes and policies
About you
- Exceptional attitude, communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in Banking/Financial services
- Customer Service experience preferred
- A keen problem solver with creative outlook to solving issues
- Customer centric individual keen to help the customer or client at all times.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Outlook and Calendar
