Job description

As a Customer Care Consultant, you will be passionate about the financial service industry and also your focus will be providing an excellent service to our customers.

You will be required to:

  • Answering inbound calls and queries from existing customers and clients 
  • Utilise product knowledge to respond to any customer or client enquiries
  • Provide accurate information about the business’ products, processes and policies

About you

  • Exceptional attitude, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in Banking/Financial services
  • Customer Service experience preferred
  • A keen problem solver with creative outlook to solving issues
  • Customer centric individual keen to help the customer or client at all times.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Outlook and Calendar
