About the Company

This role is with a newly established Insolvency boutique in the CBD and they are looking for an experienced Supervisor / Assistant Manager to join the team who can become a Manager in the short-term.
The Directors are a mixture of seasoned mid-tier and Big 4 professionals who have come together with the common goal of offering the best experience in the market.

Your role will see you managing a team of 2 direct reports and you will also form part of the leadership team and be actively involved in helping make firm wide decisions and shaping the overall strategy.

About the Role

You will be working across a broad range of insolvency matters which will include, but not be limited to:
 

  • Voluntary Administrations, CVL’s, DOCA’s and Receiverships
  • Investigations into the financial affairs of distressed companies
  • Corporate restructuring and workouts
  • Report Writing
  • Liaising and reporting to creditors, banks, and statutory authorities


Skills & Experience
 

  • CA or CPA Qualified
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 5 years’ experience in a corporate insolvency role
  • Experience of managing and motivating people is essential
  • High level written and verbal communication
