You will be required to:
- Preparing job advertisements
- Screening and interviewing candidates
- Candidate database management
- Client rostering and shift allocations
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients and candidates
- Identifying and encourage new business partnerships.
About you
- Past experience working in a recruitment role or similar
- Experience in Bulk/Volume recruitment highly advantageous
- The ability to mix and build relationships with a variety of personalities
- Strong organisational, communication & interpersonal skills
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Great attitude towards customer service
- Previous knowledge of Medical recruitment would be an advantage.
