  • Hours: 7.30am – 2.30pm
  • Must be able to drive and have your own vehicle.

 
Looking for a Data Entry Operator/Analyst to update and maintain information on the company databases and computer systems. Responsibilities include collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information. The ideal candidate has essential data entry skills, like fast typing with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms. Previous experience as a data entry clerk or similar position will be considered an advantage.
 
Responsibilities

  • Insert data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
  • Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
  • Review data for errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
  • Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
  • Apply data program techniques and procedures
  • Manipulate and transfer data as needed to maintain an accurate database
  • Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
  • Respond to queries for information and access relevant files

 
A successful candidate will

  • 2 years’ experience in data entry, data management, and data analysis
  • Proficient in MS Office products, specifically Excel
  • Highly organized and detail orientated\
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
  • Effective listening, interacting and writing skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Excellent typing, data entry and scheduling skills
