About the role
I am looking for an experienced Office Administrator/Receptionist for a part time role based in Alexandria. This is a perfect opportunity for an experienced PA, Office Manager, Receptionist or Administrator looking to get back into the workforce.
The hours of work would be 9am – 3pm Monday to Friday, 5 days a week paying $27 + Super p.h. The position is to cover 3 weeks Annual leave for the EA to the CEO with the opportunity to be made a permanent employee afterwards on a part time basis.
Unfortunately there is no parking on site, however the office is close to public transport.
Duties to include:
- Opening up the office in the mornings
- Manning the reception desk
- Answering all of the telephones
- Maintaining the kitchen supplies
- Unloading the dishwasher in the mornings
- Administration support
- Supporting the EA to the CEO
- Ordering stationary supplies
- Assist with the facilities management
