About the Company
This Global Insurance Organisation is a market leader in their field are currently looking for an experienced Policy Services Specialist to join the business.

About the Role
In this role you will be required to:

  • Provide extensive Customer Service to existing clients.
  • Resolve customer concerns/complaints in accordance with company guidelines
  • Process redemptions and transfers in relation to superannuation investments
  • Policy administration tasks
  • Resolving complex customer enquiries
  • Processing refunds


Skills & Experience
To be successful, you ideally would have:

  • Experience working in a similar customer/client focused role within Insurance or Financial Services.
  • Extensive Customer Service/Call Centre experience
  • Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Process driven and highly organised.
  • Previously handled payments
  • Able to manage multiple accounts.
  • High attention to detail
