This Global Insurance Organisation is a market leader in their field are currently looking for an experienced Policy Services Specialist to join the business.
About the Role
In this role you will be required to:
- Provide extensive Customer Service to existing clients.
- Resolve customer concerns/complaints in accordance with company guidelines
- Process redemptions and transfers in relation to superannuation investments
- Policy administration tasks
- Resolving complex customer enquiries
- Processing refunds
Skills & Experience
To be successful, you ideally would have:
- Experience working in a similar customer/client focused role within Insurance or Financial Services.
- Extensive Customer Service/Call Centre experience
- Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal
- Process driven and highly organised.
- Previously handled payments
- Able to manage multiple accounts.
- High attention to detail
