You will be required to:

  • Responsible for the coordination, planning and support of operational & administrative functions
  • Developing procedures and processes in order to reduce redundancy, improve efficiency and accuracy as well as reach business goals and objectives
  • Performing research, reporting, marketing and business development
  • Review and enhance workflow efficiencies across this business
  • Manage Electronic Lodgements with the ATO and other government organisations

About you:

  • 4+ years’ experience as a Practice Manager in CA firm
  • Experience in XPM
  • IT / Tech savvy
  • Polished presentation and impeccable client service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
