About my Client 

My client has over 30 years' experience in the Australian market, an extensive network of regional offices and as a leader within a worldwide Financial Services group.

Your responsibilities will be, but not limited to:

  • Tender responses & proposals
  • Marketing and client relationship initiatives
  • Managing customer specific reports
  • Preparing quotes
  • Following up on quotations and provide feedback to your Sales Manager
  • Risk Management
  • Excellent customer care – developing rapport with customers

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Solid experience in a customer service / sales support role;
  • Please highlight any experience you have in FLEET MANAGEMENT   
  • A great attitude towards your work (e.g. proactive mentality, flexible approach, focus to learn etc.);
  • Patience in liaising with senior stakeholders to build relationships;
  • Customer service and strong solutions-focus;
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with people at all levels;
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office and computer skills; and
  • A positive happy demeanour!
