About my Client
My client has over 30 years' experience in the Australian market, an extensive network of regional offices and as a leader within a worldwide Financial Services group.
Your responsibilities will be, but not limited to:
- Tender responses & proposals
- Marketing and client relationship initiatives
- Managing customer specific reports
- Preparing quotes
- Following up on quotations and provide feedback to your Sales Manager
- Risk Management
- Excellent customer care – developing rapport with customers
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Solid experience in a customer service / sales support role;
- Please highlight any experience you have in FLEET MANAGEMENT
- A great attitude towards your work (e.g. proactive mentality, flexible approach, focus to learn etc.);
- Patience in liaising with senior stakeholders to build relationships;
- Customer service and strong solutions-focus;
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with people at all levels;
- Intermediate Microsoft Office and computer skills; and
- A positive happy demeanour!
